As of Tuesday 12th of March, we officially opened a new integrated podiatry service within Move for Better Health!

Our centres at Malvern and Magill are multi-disciplinary allied health centres comprising of Move (Physiotherapy) and iNform (Exercise Physiology). Our co-location allows us to not just be a podiatry clinic that provides a high level of clinical assessment, hands-on treatment, education and prevention strategies for a range of foot and lower limb conditions, but also allows us to be an integrative podiatry service that works with other health professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes.

At SA Podiatry Centre, our vision is to build the foundation for an active and healthy life from the ground up!

To help us achieve this vision we are situated in a purpose built, multi-disciplinary facility alongside Adelaide’s leading physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to ensure that every aspect of our patients care is catered for and easily accessed. Our facilities include a light filled podiatry consulting room, an onsite orthotic laboratory and the latest in rehabilitation gym equipment. We offer extensive clinical podiatry services in both general and specialised biomechanical podiatry services. These include;

  • Assessment and management of acute and chronic foot, ankle and leg pain
  • Diabetes and chronic disease management (including management under the EPC program)
  • Routine nail and skin care (including corns and calluses)
  • Ingrown toenail treatment and surgery
  • Wart treatment
  • Custom and pre-fabricated orthotic therapy
  • Detailed biomechanical, gait and footwear assessments of the lower limb
  • Paediatric assessments
  • Women’s health
  • Sports injury management and prevention.

SA Podiatry Centre’s focus is on long-term prevention of injury and illness, ensuring our patient's health is never a barrier to exercise or living a healthy life. We firmly believe the care our patients need is best delivered in a multi-disciplinary environment, where the wider team can provide all of the resources, expertise and advice our patients need in the one centre.

Our podiatrists (Danielle Champion and Steph Howard) are committed to providing the very best care to facilitate, implement and review lifelong benefits for our patients. We aim to build lasting relationships with our patients built on trust, integrity and loyalty and aim to understand what truly matters to our patients so we can deliver on all promises and exceed expectations.

On behalf of the team here at SA Podiatry Centre, we are excited be this new opportunity and would love to work with you to help your patients improve their function.
